A clinic built around specialists, and around you

Eira is a women-led dental clinic in Zihuatanejo, bringing together specialists in implantology, restorative dentistry, orthodontics and endodontics, with our own digital lab under the same roof. We care for families who live here year-round and for patients who join us every winter.

Our Story

Before there was Eira Dental Group, there was a small office and Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz's own practice. As word of her work spread, first through Zihuatanejo, then to the winter visitors who came each year, a team grew around her, many of them learning the profession at her side.

July 2023 marked a new chapter: a purpose-built clinic where several specialists could contribute to patients’ care under one roof. It brought together the people and skills Dr. Ortiz had long wanted patients to have access to.

Since then, the team has introduced new technologies and set up its own dental lab, and continues to look for ways to improve the care it provides.

How we work

Every treatment is designed digitally before it begins, so you see the plan, the steps and the cost up front.

2. The right specialist for each step.

Your implants are placed by an implantologist, your root canal is done by an endodontist, and your aligners are managed by an orthodontist.

3. Care that follows you home.

Video follow-ups between visits, and a warranty that still applies when you return.

Our Lab

Our crowns, veneers and full-arch restorations are designed and made in our own digital lab, a few steps from the treatment rooms. It means faster adjustments, closer shade matching, and fewer waits between appointments.

Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz

Oral surgeon and implantologist, and the clinic's director. Dr. Ortiz plans and places every implant at Eira, and leads a team of specialists who share her attention to detail and her belief that patients should understand every step of their care.
